Pandan Cake

I'm back... after a loooooooong break :)

Back to knitting and baking ... fingers crossed i will continue to update this blog regularly

My first attempt at a chiffon cake. Recipe is taken from Aunty Yochana's Cake Index. There are HEAPS of good recipes there ... i think i will be busy for a while :) In fact, i've been to her place for a baking lesson whilst i was in Singapore last week

Not too bad i reckon, except i should have taken it out properly, some of the brown bits on the top of the cake came off as i took it out from the cake tin ... sigh, why can't i be more gentle?

Anyway, its yummy, i am pleased with myself.
